Payment Terms:
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Payment is non-refundable once a consultation has occurred via text or phone call with Rawan.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Service Policy:
We reserve the right to void the service if a client displays inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or fails to comply with the preparation guidelines provided.
Services are delivered as described on the product page. Any additional requests may incur extra charges (only applicable to Bridal Styling Package).
Rawan will provide a start date and an end date. Once the service period ends, clients must purchase a new package to continue receiving services (oNly applicable to Seasonal Shopping Assistance).
